| Abstract: | Knowledge management is a brand - new theory and management model. To adapt the development of the epoch, library has made some reform and innovation with the guidance of knowledge management theory. This paper analyzes the library service model under the knowledge management environment and gives some advices on the development of the library service from the aspects of human resources, management model, knowledge service innovation and the application of information technology. 12 refs. |
