| 摘 要： | 高校中的知识共享有助于教师和学校的发展以及核心竞争力的形成.但是各种主观和客观的因素导致高校中教职员工不能有效实现知识共享,为此,要采取培育知识共享的校园文化,搭建知识共享的技术平台,改善知识共享的组织结构,建立知识共享的激励机制等措施来促进高校知识共享.参考文献8.

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing in universities can help the development of teachers and universities and the formation of core competency.But the subjective and objective factors lead to the inefficiency of fulfilling knowledge sharing for the university faculty.Therefore,some measures must be adopted to promote knowledge sharing such as fostering the sharing culture,constructing the technology platform,perfecting the organization frame and building the encouragement mechanism of knowledge sharing. |
