| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of the subject librarian system in foreign and domestic academic libraries and through the investigation on the subject librarian system in academic libraries of "211 Project" and the universities in Shanxi province finds the existing problems of the subject librarian system in academic libraries of China and aiming at these problems proposes corresponding solution and countermeasures.6 refs. |
