| 摘 要： | 图书馆法是图书馆事业发展的重要保障。从我国公共图书馆立法的现状着手进行分析,讨论我国公共图书馆立法中存在的问题及产生问题的原因,通过比较国外较为完善的公共图书馆法来阐述我国公共图书馆法的未来实践方向。
