| Abstract: | This paper expounds that Chinese cultural ancient books drained overseas in large quantities without Culture-Legacy Protection Law. Contemporary China government attaches great importance to the protection of cultural heritage, enacts relic protection law and demarcates the protection scope of historical relics. The authors suggest that we should collect and arrange the saved booklists by Qing dynasty celebrities and digitize them, put the compiled saved booklists into the YiWen Records of Qing dynasty history draft, then compile the whole booklists at the back part of the Siku booklist series to make the Sikuquanshu more complete and then construct the database of it. 5 refs. |
