图书馆绩效管理与激励机制——以武汉纺织大学图书馆为例

摘    要:文章分析了国内高校图书馆员激励现状,并介绍了武汉纺织大学图书馆以绩效管理为核心,把薪酬激励和非薪酬激励相结合,建立了一套有效的激励机制,以期为其他图书馆制定绩效考核和激励机制提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:In order to stimulate the librarians'vitality, the article analyzes the incentive status quo of domestic academic librarians, combining compensation incentive with non - compensation incentive and making performance management as the core Wuhan Textile University Library established an effective incentive mechanism which provides references for other libraries to establish performance e- valuation and incentive mechanism. 5 refs.
