| 摘 要： | 教育教学资源中心管理系统是实现教育信息资源建设规范化和教育信息资源有效共享的基础平台，其结构与功能直接影响到资源库的使用。文章结合高等院校的实际应用情况以及WEB2．0技术在资源中心系统建设中的应用，对教育教学资源中心应用平台进行了系统的规划与设计。参考文献8。
