| Abstract: | Characteristic collection construction has become the main direction of the document resources construction in the network environment. Combining the actual situation of local engineering colleges, this paper analyzes the necessity of the characteristic collection construction, elaborates the principles that the characteristic collection construction should adhere to and puts forward the main ways and strate- gies to comtruct the characteristic collection. 5 refs. |
