| 摘 要： | 专利法律信息是专利信息的重要组成部分,一般可分为法律状态信息、权利要求信息、专利诉讼信息和其他法律信息四种,其他法律信息包括同族专利信息等。文章从这四种专利法律信息的概念出发,针对每种法律信息的挖掘方法和内容进行综述研究。目前专利法律信息挖掘领域的研究人员局限在几个群体,且他们分别研究专利法律信息的某一部分,研究比较分散,彼此关联不紧密,没有形成完整的规模和体系。

| Abstract: | Patent legal information is an important part of patent information and can be generally divided into legal status information,claim information,patent litigation information,and other legal information which includes the same family patent information and so on.Based on the concept of these four kinds of patent legal information,this paper reviews the mining methods and content of each kind of legal information.The results show that the researchers in the field of patent legal information mining are limited to several groups,and they study a certain part of patent legal information separately.The research is scattered,not closely related to each other and does not form a complete scale and system. |
