| 摘 要： | 2016年11月3～4日,教育部高校图工委读者服务创新与推广工作组、上海交通大学图书馆和北京师范大学图书馆联合策划举办了第二届全国高校图书馆服务创新案例大赛暨研讨会.文章从大赛概况、主题案例、案例海报展、案例启示与思考、专家报告五个方面对本次案例大赛及研讨会进行简要回顾和评析.
