摘    要:文章论述了高职院校图书馆在构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,应如何根据高职教育的办学特点和服务对象,在基于读者较高满意度的条件下做好个性化服务,较好实现高职院校教师、学生在教学、科研、学习和专升本等方面的需要。

Abstract:This paper discusses how vocational and technological colleges provide personalization service to realize the needs of teaching,scientific research,studying of the teachers and students and the ascending of the college accordance with the running characteristics and the customers based on the higher readers' satisfaction degree.
