| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了＂卓越计划＂的特点,指出图书馆应抓住当前我国工程教育教学改革的大好形势,牢固树立＂以人为本＂的信息服务理念。以拓展信息服务内容、加强资源建设为基本策略,通过组建＂卓越计划＂用户信息库、加强用户信息素养及创新能力的培养、通过完善图书馆学科馆员制度、建立学科导航数据库及校企资源共享平台等举措来强化图书馆信息服务能力,为＂卓越计划＂创新型、高素质人才的培养提供强有力的智力支持和资源保障。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the characteristics of ＂ Excellent Initiative＂ and points out that academic libraries should grasp the good opportunity of teaching reform of Chinese engineering education and firmly establish the ＂people - oriented＂ concept of information service, then puts forward that the abilities of information service of libraries will be consolidated through regarding expanding the con- tents of information service and strengthening the resources construction as the basic strategies of academic libraries, setting up users ~ information databases of ＂Excellent Initiative＂, strengthening the cultivation of users~information literacy and innovative abilities, per- fecting the system of disciplinary librarian, establishing the databases of subject navigation and sharing the platform of resources and so on to provide stronger mental support and resources protection for innovative, high - quality talents. 11 refs. |
