| Abstract: | American publications consciousness, the reaction to the ＂statements ＂, ＂publication＂ ＂circulation ＂ and ＂collection ＂ of all the publications, the activities, the attitude and evaluation of the phenomenon of publications. It manifests in the combination of law, spirit and strength which is above the publications, has universality in general and individuality that suits its national conditions, many aspects of which represent the advancement and development direction of library career and has become our reference model and experience. 8 refs. |
