| 摘 要： | 以《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》出台后档案资源数据化建设如火如荼、档案管理电子化发展势不可当、档案工作数字环境日新月异等“数治”背景为基础,深耕《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》涉及的数字档案管理理念、数字档案管理体制机制、数字档案管理实操性、数字档案资源开放利用等内容,提出数字档案创新管理的新进路:“法治化”指导数字档案管理更加规范;“科技化”指导数字档案管理更加整合;“信息化”指导数字档案管理更加共享;“智能化”指导数字档案服务更加精准。

| Abstract: | Based on the"digital governance"background of the 14th five year plan for the development of national archives,such as the vigorous construction of archives resources,the unstoppable development of electronic archives management and the ever-changing digital environment of archives work,this paper deeply cultivates the concept,mechanism and practicality of digital archives management involved in the 14th five year plan,alongside with the opening and utilization of digital archives resources.This paper proposes the new way of innovative management of digital archives:"legalization"helps digital archives management to be more standardized;"Science and technology"helps digital archives management to be more integrated;"Informatization"helps digital archives management to be more shared;"Intelligence"helps digital archives service to be more accurate. |
