| 摘 要： | 近年来,安徽省档案馆接收了近六万卷民国时期遗留下来的安徽邮电局历史档案.为了积极响应安徽省委省政府关于加快推进档案信息化建设的号召,同时为了保护中华民族的珍贵文化遗产,安徽省档案馆决定对这批民国档案进行规范化整理和数字化加工.笔者有幸在安徽省档案馆参加了为期一个月的民国时期安徽省邮电局部分档案的数字化业务外包实习工作.文章拟根据实习时的所见所闻,从研究民国安徽邮电局档案数字化工作的特殊性因素着手,分析民国档案数字化业务外包存在的局限性,并提出一系列建议与对策.
