| 摘 要： | 本文考察近年来我国民生档案远程服务理论研究成果,从概念界定、内外动力、保障条件及服务机制、平台、模式、问题与对策等方面进行梳理、归纳与评析,分析民生档案远程服务理论发展与档案资源整合共享、民生档案远程服务实践、国家相关政策和公众民生档案利用需求等相关因素间的关系并指出目前理论研究中存在的不足。

| Abstract: | The paper investigates the livelihood archives remote service theory research in our country in recent years, analyzes and evaluates the definition, internal and external power, the safeguard condition, service mechanism, platform, patterns, problems and countermeasures, analyzes the relationship among the livelihood archives remote service theory development, resource integration and sharing, livelihood archives remote service practice, relevant national policy and public archives utilization requirements, and points out the shortcomings in the course of theoretical research at present. |
