| 摘 要： | 本文基于融合参与式和新媒体交互服务理念,从参与主体、参与资源、参与平台、参与保障四个维度对疫情档案信息服务的需求特征进行梳理,构建“资源联合开发”“公私联动服务”“信息链接推送”三种模式,并以疫情电子纪念馆、抗疫纪录片、疫情相关推文为典型案例进行实例分析。所构建的参与式疫情档案信息服务模式能够在新冠肺炎疫情的暴发和持续隔离影响下有效地提供“云服务”,为档案部门提升社会服务能力和危机治理能力提供参考。

| Abstract: | The author in this paper combines the concept of participatory and new media interaction services and combs through the demand characteristics of the epidemic archive service from the four dimensions of participating subject, participating resource, participating platform and participating guarantee. The author also constructs "resource joint development mode", "public-private linkage service mode" and "information link push mode", and then analyzes the typical cases with the epidemic electronic memorial, the anti-epidemic documentary and the epidemic-related tweets as examples. The participatory service mode of epidemic archive information can effectively provide "cloud service" and reference for the archives department to improve social service capacity and crisis management capacity even under the influence of the sudden outbreak and continuous isolation of the COVID-19 epidemic. |
