| Abstract: | As China is currently undergoing drastic social changes,a diversity of ownership of archives appears alongside the development of market economy.The fact that information of archives has gradually shifted from national resources to social resources is a significant strategic turn for archives in China.The integration of information and the reform of open mode in archives will be a revolution reaching deep in ideologies,management planning and working methods. |
