| 摘 要： | "信息孤岛"是阻碍我国公务员信息库健康发展的最大障碍之一,也是我国公务员信息整合利用所要重点解决的难题之一.本文在界定公务员信息整合与共享涵义及关系的基础上,探讨了信息孤岛形成的原因、制约信息资源有效利用的因素,并据此提出了具体的解决措施.
