| Abstract: | Taking Henan provincial research institute for population and family planning as example, this article explores practical problems existing in information resources sharing of technical services. It proposes to establish a unified information service platform, a secure network management system, a new type relationship between cooperation and coordination, and establish and perfect various systems for the final promotion of the realizing of information resources sharing construction. |
