| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设必然涉及到一系列版权保护问题，2000—2003年，国内对数字图书馆版权问题的研究不断升温，已发表相关论文近200篇。本文从数字图书馆的信息资源建设、数据库建设、网络信息传播服务、自主知识产权保护、法律地位、版权问题解决方案、中外版权立法活动和图书馆的立场等八个方面综述和分析了国内数字图书馆版权问题研究进展。
