| 摘 要： | 针对目前期刊等级的争论，笔者认为期刊的等级不是划分出来的，不是固有的，而是通过各种指标评选出来的，动态的，每次评选都会发生变化。值得注意的是，所有的测评结果都只具有参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that journal rank is neither definite nor intrinsic,but decided upon by various guidelines and is therefore subjective to change.It is especially worthy of note that all the results of journal appraisal should only be treated as partial indictors of journal quality. |
