| 摘 要： | 数字技术、网络技术的利用,图书馆联盟业务重点朝着联合开发数据库、数字资源远程传递、资源共享方向发展,著作权侵权的问题突显.图书馆联盟合理使用著作权作品,则享受作品复制、网络传播等侵权责任的豁免权;对于脱离合理使用"轨道"的行为,且未与作者达成许可协议的,联盟应承担相应的侵权责任.
