| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析上海市电子政务信息资源建设的宏观情况，选取网络影响力较大的电子政务信息资源作为样本开展电子政务信息资源管理和利用现状的调查。在深入分析调查结果的基础上，着重探讨了上海市电子政务信息资源建设和利用中存在的问题，并做了相应的对策研究。

| Abstract: | Via analyzing how Shanghai's e-government information resource is constructed,this paper selects the samples which have big network effort and surveys the status of theirs management and utilizing.Based on researching of the result,the paper discusses the problems about the constructing and utilizing of Shanghai's e-government information resource,and then indicates the countermeasures. |
