| 摘 要： | 文章通过对国内外政府信息资源再利用现状的分析,得出对于构建政府参与下的我国政府信息资源再利用机制的启示,明确政府在政府信息资源再利用机制中的定位,从保障机制、约束机制、激励机制三个方面对我国政府信息资源再利用机制的构建提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the enlightenment from the study of the current situation about the reuse of government information resources in China and other countries,for building the mechanism of reusing government information resources by the government participation in our country,and positioning the government in this mechanism,we probe into the security mechanism,the restriction mechanism and the excitation mechanism separately,and give some advices. |
