| 摘 要： | 文章是对《图书与情报》学术规范讨论的阶段性总结，认为这场讨论对于提倡学术正气，提高学人思想认识，强化同入学术规范意识，推动本学科学术规范建设，起到了积极作用。学术论文的参考文献基础和标引方式既是学术内容，又是科研方法，同时也是治学态度。编辑部在学术规范方面的作用和加强编辑人员本身的学术规范建设，具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the discussion about the academic norm organized by Library and Information.It argues that this discussion is positive to advocate academic morality,improve academicians' outlook,strengthen the awareness of academic norm,and advance the construction of academic norm.The bibliography and its annotating belong to both academic field and scientific research methods;meanwhile,they also represent the author's attitude toward study.Hence,it is highly necessary to exert editors' influence in setting up academic norm and improve the editor's awareness of construction for academic norm. |
