| 摘 要： | 随着竞争情报活动的开展，企业获取竞争情报的手段越来越多样化，于是，一个企业在获取竞争对手情报的同时，如何最大限度地保护自身秘密信息，并有针对性地进行还击成为企业赢得竞争优势的关键。本文以反竞争情报活动为主线，具体论述了反竞争情报原理、反竞争情报分析、反竞争情报对策及其实施和反竞争情报活动评估四个部分的内容。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of counter competitive intelligence activities, how to keep information safe and how to carry out counter competitive between enterprises becomes more and more important. This paper discusses some questions about counter competitive Intelligence, such as counter competitive intelligence principle, counter competitive intelligence analysis, countermeasure and implement of counter competitive intelligence, counter competitive intelligence evaluation and so on. |
