| 摘 要： | 县级公共图书馆是我国图书馆事业发展的基础，它承上启下的枢纽地位，强大的辐射能力，面向基层的文化关怀是其它图书馆无可比拟的。而目前作为理论园地的图书馆学期刊对县级图书馆关注度较低，起不到理论先导作用，而且误导了学术方向，助长了学术不公。因此，图书馆学期刊有必要重新定位，的学术环境。

| Abstract: | County public library is the base of the library system.It is most numerous,situated in areas that are convenient for it to serve the common people and show culture care to many citizens.However,the journals of library science and information have few articles concerning the theories or practice about the development of county public library.This phenomenon increases academic injustice.So it is necessary for these journals to re-think their work and help construct a situation for county public library's development. |
