| 摘 要： | 人类所拥有的科学知识正以几何级数高速增长和膨胀，如何科学管理和有效利用如此庞大的知识资源，促进知识管理和知识创新，是我们迫切需要解决的问题。文章主要从知识增长的动力、类型、方式、模型（包括文献增长模型、信息增长模型和知识增长模型）、应用和研究的困难等方面对知识增长问题进行了系统的研究。
