| 摘 要： | 图书馆学界学人在弘扬公共图书馆精神,保障公众的知识和信息获取权益,维持版权和用户之间的利益平衡等方面进行了一系列不懈的努力,其学术地位似乎并没有因此而得到明显的改善。处于“有为”却“无位”的尴尬境地。究其原因,图书馆学人在公共学术平台——“公共核心期刊”上发文偏少是重要原因之一。图书馆学学者们应充分利用公共学术平台,多多争取在“公共核心期刊”上发文,大力推广图书馆学学术成果和学术思想,在潜移默化中,不断扩大图书馆学的学术影响力,从而使得图书馆学的“有为”与“有位”趋于统一。

| Abstract: | The scholars in the circle of library science have made great efforts to promote the spirit of public library, ensure the public's rights and profits of access to information and knowledge and balance benefits between the owner of copyright and its user and so on. However, the situations haven't changed much and still in an embarrassed state of non-rewarded performance. Tracing back to it, the essence is that there is no enough dissertations published in the famous public academic journals. Hence, pushing on the academic progress and enlarging it's influence in the social science field will sweep away the unfair non-rewarded performance and restore its original status. |
