| 摘 要： | 《政府信息公开条例》存在一系列问题:信息公开范围的界定不合理、不细致、不彻底,公开的方式和程序存在不足,监督和保障手段不到位。为此,在今后立法中,应准确界定政府信息公开的范围,完善公开的方式和程序以及监督和保障的手段和措施。
