| 摘 要： | 外界对图书馆的公益性质、社会功能等不够了解,加之图书馆对其著作权责任的认识不足,著作权法律知识缺乏,作品传播、使用行为不当,阻碍了图书馆分享著作权利益.文章认为只有加大图书馆社会作用的宣传力度,争取著作权立法话语权,才能保证图书馆在著作权利益分配机制中的恰当地位.
