| 摘 要： | 湖北荆门郭店楚简的发现和上海博物馆收藏楚竹书的公布，轰动了中国乃至国际学术界。这批楚简，与儒家经典《礼记》、《诗经》和道家《老子》等文献，关系最为密切，从而引发对两千年《礼记》研究的反思。文章从《礼记》研究存在的问题、《礼记》的真伪、《礼记》与秦汉学者的关系、《礼记》研究的意义等四个方面，探讨《礼记》研究的现状及其在中国传统文化中的地位。《礼记》不存在真伪问题。主要是四十六篇成篇年代先后的问题。四十六篇中的大多数和部分篇章的主体部分，都是先秦之作。秦汉学者在四十六篇的流传和整理中，功劳卓著。戴圣将《曲礼》等四十六篇编成《礼记》，后经郑玄等人的注解，基本奠定了《礼记》的学术和政治地位，对中国传统文化产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The discovery of Guodian Chu bamboo slips of Jingmen town Hubei province and the promulgation of Chu bamboo books of Shanghai museum, cause a sensation in China and even World. These bamboo slips arouse the review of studying Liji on two thousand years for them concerned Shijing- Liji and Laozi. This thesis discusses the actuality of studying Liji and its significance in Chinese traditional culture from four aspects include problems on studying Liji, genuine or phony of Liji, the relationship between Liji and Qin dynasty and Han dynasty's scholars, and the significance of studying Liji. There is only problems of writing time of 46 chapters but no problem such as genuine or phony of Liji. Most of the 46 chapters and the main parts of the other chapters were written Xian Qin. The Qin dynasty and Han dynasty's scholars acquired a brilliant achievement in their copying and tidying. Dai Sheng had edited 46 chapters as Liji, and then Zheng Xuan annotated it. By and large, this established the academe and politics status of Liji, and have a profound and lasting influence on Chinese traditional culture. |
