| 摘 要： | 开放获取是一种资源共享和资源交流的新模式,发展已有十余年的历史,宁夏高职院校图书馆进行特色开放获取资源建设,有着得天独厚的优势,并对于满足师生的阅读需求、提升宁夏高职院校的文献利用率等都有积极的意义,但在建设中还需注意政策与经费支持、资源整合与开放、质量控制与建设标准化等问题。

| Abstract: | Open access to literature resources is a new form for resources sharing and exchange.The vocational colleges in Ningxia have special advantages to practice this service form and the readers are better served through this model.Attention should be paid to policies,funds,integration of resources,quality control,and construction standards. |
