| 摘 要： | 高职院校读者群的特点对图书馆馆藏产生着深刻的影响，经费不足、馆藏数量不足、文献内容不适用、图书馆工作人员整体素质不高、服务形式单一、服务水平不高是高职院校资源建设的主要问题，提高采编人员的素质，提高服务工作水平，坚持的馆藏建设方向，是目前高职院校资源建设的正确选择。
