| 摘 要： | 在以3G网络为基础的无线移动互联网时代,手机图书馆是用户获取信息的重要途径.文章通过分析现有手机图书馆的不足之处,提出建设3G手机图书馆服务系统的设计思路,并对涉及到的一些关键技术问题进行探讨.
