| 摘 要： | 目前,我国公共图书馆事业的发展虽然取得了很大成绩,但存在着区域分布失衡、文献资源分布失衡、区域发展失衡与经费支持发展失衡等问题。文章以重庆公共图书馆事业的发展为个案进行研究,分析了重庆市公共图书馆事业发展中存在的问题和发展失衡的原因,并从加强公共图书馆的定位研究、加快法律法规建设力度、加大经费投入、大力推进数字图书馆建设与增强自身发展能力和服务意识等五方面提出了解决重庆公共图书馆事业发展失衡的措施建议。

| Abstract: | Although great achievement has been got in public library in our country,there are still many problems,such as the location,the resources,regional development,and funds are not well arranged.The author analyzed these problems and their reasons in Chongqing and proposes that improvements can be done in five aspects: the study of the position of public library,the legal construction concerning library,increasing funds,digital library,and service awareness. |
