| Abstract: | This paper systematically summarizes the development process of mobile libraries in Guangdong.The author analyzes its internal system and characteristics from the operating system,service mode,management,financial models,resource allocation and other aspects.Then the author makes objective evaluation of the effectiveness of its construction,sums up the existed problems and tries to discuss sustainable development strategies. |
