| 摘 要： | 英国是现代著作权制度的发祥地,也是注重对图书馆使用著作权问题开展立法的国家。文章简述了英国著作权法的发展历程,介绍了规制英国图书馆使用著作权的主要法律和规则,分析了其立法特色。
