| 摘 要： | 近年来,人本管理在图书馆界是个热门话题.文章对1999年～2009年各位专家学者从人本管理的内涵、图书馆实现人本管理的必要性、高校图书馆人本管理的缺失、图书馆实施人本管理的举措等方面做出的研究成果进行了较为系统的梳理,并在总结梳理的基础上指出不足,同时对未来的图书馆人本管理研究及实践给予展望,以期推动图书馆人本管理工作的科学发展.
