| 摘 要： | 文章界定了法律信息增值利用的内涵和表现形式,指出了法律信息增值利用的原因和意义,分析了法律信息增值利用的技术需求和制度需求,论述了目前美国、欧盟和英国的法律信息增值利用的制度现状,提出了我国法律信息增值利用的基本对策。
