| 摘 要： | 托管型分馆是厦门市图书馆结合厦门城市实际及厦门市图书馆事业发展现状探索出来的一种具有地方特色的分馆建设模式,是现行体制下构建公共图书馆基层服务网络的有效途径。文章结合厦门市图书馆托管型分馆建设实践,重点介绍托管型分馆的建设情况,并针对其存在的体制保障缺乏、网点布局不够科学合理、服务效益有待提高等问题,提出了发挥政府主导作用、提高总馆文献保障能力、提升分馆人员素质和加大宣传推广,增强市民的图书馆利用意识等解决对策。
