| 摘 要： | 古籍普查对于全面了解和掌握各级图书馆、博物馆等单位及民间所藏古籍情况，建立中华古籍综合信息数据库，形成中华古籍联合目录，有针对性地开展古籍保护工作，有着十分重要的意义。古籍普查所涉及的鉴别和定级，是一项十分复杂和细致的工作，明确定级工作中的相关概念，甄别定级过程中的复杂情况，对于保证定级标准的严密和科学，对于保证古籍普查工作的顺利进行都是大有裨益的。文章对文化部颁布实施的《古籍定级标准》中的“级别等次”和“四原则”有关条款内容作了解释评价。
