| 摘 要： | 生物医学期刊众多，综合实力较强，如何在“十四五”期间实现高质量发展值得探讨。文章从期刊基本信息、整体发展水平、发展优势和存在的不足四个方面剖析了上海生物医学期刊的发展现状，并提出了“顶层设计、扩容数量”“培养人才、留住人才”“创新模式、引领发展”“差异发展、提高服务”“使命担当、自强不息”等发展建议，以期为世界一流科技期刊建设作出应有贡献。

| Abstract: | There are many biomedical journals in Shanghai with generally high quality. How to achieve high-quality development for these journals during the period of China's 14th Five-Year Plan is worth discussing. In this paper, the author analyzed the developing situation of the biomedical journals in Shanghai from the basic information, overall development level, development advantages and shortages of the journals. Then the author offered developing strategies such as "adopt top-level design and cultivate new journals" "train and retain talented editors" "innovate in publication mode and lead academic development" "develop in a diversified way and improve the service level", and "take up the duty and be perseverant", so as to make contributions to the construction of world-class sci-tech journals. |
