| 摘 要： | 文章选取国内外30种高影响力生物医学期刊作为研究对象，对其稿约中临床试验的五类伦理审查条目进行审核和分析。调查发现，10种国外期刊全部完整提及伦理学方面各项要求；10种被SCI收录的国内期刊（英文），2种未完整提及伦理学方面各项要求；10种国内中文核心期刊，仅1种完整提及伦理学方面各项要求。研究指出国内中文生物医学期刊对稿约伦理审查要求相对较低，提出应通过注重把控研究关口、加强伦理规范和准则的宣传与使用、强调对临床试验研究的伦理要求、提升研究者伦理意识等途径，推动我国生物医学期刊伦理审查的规范化建设。

| Abstract: | In this article, 30 domestic and overseas high impact biomedical journals were selected as the research objects to review and analyze the five types of ethical review items of clinical trials in their notice to contributors. It is found that all the 10 foreign journals mentioned the requirements of each entry in ethics completely. Among the 10 domestic English journals included in SCI, 2 did not fully mention the entry requirements of ethics. Among the 10 Chinese core journals in China, only one fully mentioned the requirements of each entry in ethics. Research showed that the notice to contributors of Chinese biomedical journals in China has relatively low requirements for the ethical review. It is proposed that the journals should pay attention to the research level, strengthen the propaganda and use of ethical norms and guidelines, emphasize the ethical requirements for clinical trials, improve researchers' ethical consciousness to promote the standardization construction of ethical review of the biomedical journals in China. |
