学术共同体视角下学术期刊支持青年学术人才成长研究

摘    要:通过分析学术期刊支持青年学术人才成长何以可能、何以可为,为推动学术期刊高质量发展和青年学术人才健康成长提供借鉴。文章基于对学术共同体的广义理解,阐述了学术期刊与学术共同体之间存在互促共进关系,分析青年学术人才作为学术共同体的重要组成部分,对学术研究发展具有的独特价值,并总结其学术成长过程中面临的主要问题,包括身份歧视、与学术共同体其他成员互动交流有限、学术培养有待加强等。据此,提出学术期刊支持青年学术人才成长的实践路径:强化平台作用,提供公平的展示机会;强化阵地作用,进行有效的学术引领;强化纽带作用,搭建顺畅的交流渠道。

Abstract:By analyzing the possibilities and approaches of academic journals supporting the growth of young academic talents, this paper provides useful reference for promoting the high-quality development of academic journals and the healthy growth of young academic talents. Based on the broad understanding of the academic community, this paper expounds the mutually reinforcing relationship between the academic journals and the academic community, analyzes the unique value of young academic talents as an important part of the academic community for the development of academic research, and summarizes the main problems that they face in the process of academic growth. Specifically, identity discrimination still exists, interaction with other members of the academic community is insufficient, and academic training needs to be strengthened. Furthermore, the practical path of academic journals to support the growth of young academic talents has been proposed. Firstly, strengthen the role of platform and provide fair opportunities for young scholars to show their academic works; Secondly, strengthen the role of position and provide effective academic guidance to young scholars; Thirdly, strengthen the role of link and build a smooth communication channel for young scholars.
