| 摘 要： | 在出版专业技术人员继续教育中开展常态化、多层次的保密教育培训，有利于提升编辑保密意识和能力，为出版保密工作打下坚实基础。文章梳理出版专业技术人员继续教育课程设置现状，分析编辑接受保密教育的必要性，并从师资基础、课程内容设置两方面探讨在出版专业技术人员继续教育中开设保密课程的可行性。出版专业技术人员继续教育保密课程内容设置应包括保密工作方针政策、保密法制、保密形势任务、保密管理常识、保密技术常识、泄密案例警示教育等方面内容。

| Abstract: | Regular and multilevel secrecy education for publishing professionals is an important approach improving their secrecy consciousness and ability, which is the solid foundation of publishing secrecy. On the basis of introducing the current curriculums of the continuing education and analyzing the necessity of the secrecy education for editors, the article explores the feasibility to insert the secrecy curriculum in the continuing education. The contents of the secrecy curriculum may include the secrecy policies, secrecy laws, secrecy situations and tasks, common sense of secrecy management, common sense of secrecy technologies, and warning education of leakage cases and so on. |
