| 摘 要： | 为了保证在科技期刊顺利出版的同时，有效防止国家科学技术秘密泄露，文章以科研院所期刊为例，分析科技期刊面临的窃密技术发展、保密管理制度不全、责任主体保密意识淡薄造成的泄密隐患，并在此基础上提出加强网络安全、健全并落实期刊保密管理制度、加强保密教育等保密管理对策，为科技期刊的保密管理提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the smooth publication of sci-tech journals and effectively prevent the disclosure of national science and technology secrets, the present paper takes the journals of scientific research institutes as the examples to analyze the disclosure risk caused by the development of secret stealing technology, imperfect confidentiality management systems and weak confidentiality awareness of the responsible subjects. On this basis, some confidentiality management countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for the confidentiality management of sci-tech journals: strengthen network security, improve and implement the journal confidentiality management systems, strengthen confidentiality education and so on. |
