| Abstract: | The essence of the concept of the information-security culture is substantiated based on the functional concept of the culture, the protective development of the concept of security and ambivalence of information, and its ideal and material natures as an incarnation of dualistic monism in the context of realistic philosophy. A definition of the information-security culture is formulated. |
