| Abstract: | Access to information and the filling of RuNet with electronic collections and libraries, including those created within the institutions of the RAN (Russian Academy of Sciences) are considered. The stages in the creation of an electronic library on the basis of a traditional library are described; several projects for the organization of electronic libraries and the independent development of a program package for editing, archiving, presentation and searching for fragments in an electronic text are cited. |
